Privacy Policy
Last updated: 8 August 2026
This policy explains what information RKMarketer collects through rkmarketer.com, why it is collected, who it is shared with, and the control you have over it. It is written to be read, not to be survived — if anything here is unclear, ask me directly and I will answer plainly.
Who is responsible for your data
RKMarketer is a media buying and digital marketing practice operated personally by Ramy Kamal, based in Egypt. I am the data controller for everything described below.

What I collect
Information you give me
The audit form on this site does not send your details to a database or a marketing platform. Submitting it opens WhatsApp with your answers written into a message, which you then send to me yourself — so nothing leaves your device until you press send, and the only copy is the chat between us. Those answers are:
- Full name (required)
- Phone or WhatsApp number (required)
- Email address (optional)
- Business name or website (optional)
- Monthly ad budget range (optional)
- Service you are interested in (optional)
- Any message you choose to write (optional)
If you contact me by WhatsApp or email instead, I hold that conversation and whatever you share inside it. Please do not send payment card details, passwords, or account credentials through any of these channels — I never ask for them.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, this one records basic technical information when you visit: IP address, approximate location derived from it, browser and device type, referring page, the pages you viewed, and how long you stayed. This comes from cookies and similar technologies set by the analytics and advertising tools listed below.
Why I use it
- To respond to you. The form exists so I can review your account and come back with an audit. Your name and contact details are used for exactly that.
- To prepare the audit. Your budget range, business and stated goals let me give a useful answer instead of a generic one.
- To understand the site. Aggregate analytics tell me which pages work and where people leave.
- To measure and improve advertising. Conversion tracking tells me which ads actually produce enquiries, so budget is not wasted on the ones that do not.
I do not sell your data, rent it, or share it with anyone for their own marketing. I do not add you to a newsletter or mailing list from a form submission.
Legal basis
Where Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 151 of 2018) or the EU/UK GDPR applies, I rely on: your consent for analytics and advertising cookies; steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract for handling your enquiry; and my legitimate interest in running and securing this site.
Services that process data on my behalf
I use a small number of established providers. Each receives only what it needs.
| Provider | What it does | What it receives |
|---|---|---|
| Cloudflare | Hosts and delivers this website | Server log data including IP address; no form entries |
| Google Tag Manager | Loads the measurement tags below | Technical and page-view data |
| Google Analytics 4 | Site traffic and behaviour reporting | Pseudonymous usage data, device and approximate location |
| Meta Pixel | Measures and optimises Facebook and Instagram ads | Page views and conversion events, browser identifiers |
| WhatsApp (Meta) | Carries your enquiry to me, and any conversation after it | Your form entries, your number, and the conversation |
These providers are based outside Egypt, mainly in the United States and the European Union, so submitting the form involves an international transfer of your information. Each operates under its own privacy terms and standard contractual protections.
Cookies
Cookies are small files stored by your browser. This site uses them for two purposes: analytics (understanding how the site is used) and advertising measurement (knowing which ad brought you here). None of them are required for the site to display.
You can clear or block cookies at any time in your browser settings. You can also opt out of Google Analytics using Google's browser add-on, and adjust Meta's advertising settings from within your Facebook or Instagram account. Blocking them does not affect your ability to use this site or contact me.
How long it is kept
- Enquiries that do not become work: up to 24 months, then deleted.
- Client records: for the duration of our work together, plus up to 5 years afterwards where records must be retained for accounting or legal reasons.
- Analytics data: per the retention window configured in Google Analytics, currently 14 months.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, form submissions are encrypted in transit, and the accounts holding your information are protected with strong passwords and two-factor authentication. No system is perfectly secure, but your data is not left casually accessible and it is not shared beyond the providers listed above.
Your rights
You can ask me to:
- tell you what information I hold about you;
- correct anything inaccurate;
- delete it;
- stop using it for a particular purpose;
- send you a copy in a portable format;
- withdraw consent you previously gave, at any time.
Email ramyykamall11@gmail.com and I will action it within 30 days. There is no charge, and you do not need a reason.
Children
This is a service for businesses. It is not directed at anyone under 18, and I do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information here, contact me and I will delete it.
Other sites
This site links to third-party services such as WhatsApp. Once you leave rkmarketer.com, this policy no longer applies and the destination's own terms take over.
Changes
If this policy changes, the revised version is published on this page with a new date at the top. Material changes affecting how your information is used will be made clear rather than buried.
Complaints
If you are not satisfied with how I have handled your data, tell me first and I will try to put it right. You also have the right to complain to the relevant data protection authority — in Egypt, the Personal Data Protection Centre.
